Company Solektra Ltd has, through the years of operation, developed into a modern company recognized on the market that uses the highest standards of technology and quality in its operations. However, although successful in its business, the company has identified problems with the current way of doing business that could start to create significant difficulties for it, and are related to insufficiently digitized and optimized business processes, organizational practices and the way services are delivered. Therefore, Solektra Ltd will through the aforementioned project, acquire digital solutions, which include the acquisition of software and equipment, which will contribute to solving the identified problems of the current way of doing business, and which will result in strengthening the company’s market position and increasing productivity.
Goals and expected result:
– Strengthening the market position and growth of productivity of Solektra Ltd by investing in digital tools and equipment.
– Digitization, i.e. improvement of business processes and introduction of new business models through investment in digital tools, equipment and improvement of the current way of doing business.
