On March 1, 2022, Solektra bought the former production and business complex of the Levi’s factory in Novi Marof, which was owned by Varaždin Varteks. We are proud that we will be able to include this property in our development plans. This investment, as well as the planned investments in the revitalization of the now, we could say, neglected complex, along with new employment, will enable an increase in the capacity for the construction of solar power plants. There is, of course, a great need for this in the global energy transition.
The most important thing is to put the complex into operation and to prevent further deterioration of the buildings where many residents of Novi Marof and the surrounding area have earned their living for years.
